2022 Digital Reflection and Motivation Journal - Update

2022 Digital Reflection and Motivation Journal - Update

So, the 2022 journal is complete and ready to be released!

[Update: It's out! Grab a copy here for USD 2.00]

But I’m double and triple and quadruple checking because I almost can’t believe it! ☺️ I really love the final result, but for some reason now that it’s done and I can release it at last, I feel a bit nervous to actually do it!

You can read more about the 2022 Reflection & Productivity Journal on yesterday's blog post, but the short version is: I've realized in the past few years that planners and to-do lists don't work so well for me, but that taking note of what I have accomplished at the end of the day, month, or year does - and it helps me boost my productivity! I made this journal for myself and others like myself to use in order to boost motivation, improve productivity, and provide a more realistic reflection of what we accomplish day-to-day and silence the voice inside that tells us we aren't doing enough.

This digital journal, which is available as an interactive PDF, works in the opposite way to a planner. While a planner is used mostly for planning and scheduling your days, this journal is meant for reflecting on what you've accomplished at the end of the day. While it's not a ground-breaking productivity hack, I have found that this gives me more motivation and makes me feel productive and ready for the following day. I challenge myself to do better than the previous days, and with this method, I feel satisfied and content at the end of the day.

So, the journal will be released as soon as I can work up the courage to get it out there! In the meantime, here are a few snapshots of what to expect, taken from the final PDF as I check it out on my Adobe Acrobat Reader (which highlights the text boxes blue for some reason). Click for better quality:

When I opened it on Firefox, I noticed that the font was different for the text boxes, though I’m not sure why that is, but I suppose that means font type changes from one software to another are to be expected:

Don’t forget that in the meantime you can also grab the first month (January 2022) for free over here. (Link should take you to the PDF, which is hosted in Google Drive.)

Give it a go and please let me know your thoughts! 😄

If you'd like to purchase a copy of the digital journal, grab one here for USD 2.00!
